I had a dentist one time tell me to help with discoloration from tobacco or coffee for example to use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash. Swish for at least 30 seconds, spit and then brush with a mixture of 50% salt and 50% baking soda. For me this was amazing the difference in whiteness, my gums although it would sting a little at first were much better after a couple days and my teeth felt a lot cleaner than toothpaste all the time. I still used a good fluoride based toothpaste at night because I knew then I wouldnt eat or drink for 30 min to let the fluoride do its thing.

Cancer is what you will get and at a much more rapid pace. There’s nothing that you can do except consider quitting. Gum infections and disease are also another thing that comes along with it. Bad breath, brown teeth, and the awful mess of your spit-gross! Not so attractive.
